As we suspected Promise, the white kitten that was trapped yesterday, had bot fly larvae all inside her neck. Im not sure if you have seen these before but they are white slug like worms. We had to remove 5 of them from the neck. The holes you see are how the larvae were able to breathe and stay alive. The ones inside this little kitten were about an inch long by half an inch wide. We were able to get them all out and cleaned her up well. She is on antibiotics. Her ears were also burnt, likely from Being white and sensitive to the sun.
