WARNING: I went to Peak Printing, Inc. at 716 S 9th Street, Canon City. I ordered three copies that were to cost $.75 plus tax. I was charged $1.07 because Kathy Alden made an extra copy I did not need. The total was $1.00 plus tax or a quarter per copy. I did not want to fuss over the extra copy/quarter so I paid and left. I get in the car and realize she shorted me change, and not just change-change but dollar change as well. I could not return right away so I called her on my way to my next appointment to explain what I found. Kathy was not apologetic, did not offer me the difference, and told me I could go get more copies there if I wanted them - but would not get my change back. I explained to her that I did not need anymore copies. I needed my change! She did not deny she shorted me and I questioned her honesty. She did not deny stealing from me on purpose. She did not deny that she does this to all her customers. I told her its a shame many just leave and dont confront her about this. I dont like unethical people and I dislike dishonest people. I told her I would make it a point to tell everyone I know she stole my money from me and made me pay for things I didnt order.... and she seriously replied to me, OKAY, Thank you. She doesnt even care that she stole from me or that I will tell people. #disgustingbehavior
