WARNING: Im still locked out of my email address and have had to make a new one. Sounds simple, but let me warn everyone that Ive lost all my email contacts (who makes back up lists?) Banking, Ebay, Paypal etc etc all have to be notified. All the stored info I had in my hotmail folders cant be accessed either. Its not until something like this happens your realize how much information you keep and need with your email address. Have a second email address, write down your initial information, ie tel number, and Change your password regularly. Whats even more annoying is their is no way to contact Microsoft to sort it out. Ive been on help sites and there are HUNDREDS of people in the same situation. Not Good practice. take care xx If you want my new email address please send me a message on chat cheers
