WARNING!! Lately many clients have been calling my office because they have been contacted by individuals claiming to be the IRS, debt collector, or the police. These people are telling the clients that they are to make payment arrangements immediately or else risk getting property taken or being arrested. The callers will then demand immediate payment by credit card or checking account. In many cases, these clients do not owe any debt. Please do not provide these people with any information over the telephone. They are not legitimate parties. Please share and pass this information on to your friends and family so that they do not pay amounts before seeking confirmation of the debts.
