The photos show a Tyre that still fully inflated has lost and separated the tread from the casing causing body damage to the vehicle, wrecking the side step, bumper end and could have potentially caused an accident. If you look at the second photo the 4202 number is 42nd week 2002. The tyres on this vehicle are 12 years old, ticking time bombs. The vehicle they are on was bought recently so if you are buying a vehicle check the tyre dates as it can effect the vehicle price.
