WARNING....to all Ojai People....DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO OJAI PC PROS.....Took 3 computers there over a month ago, picked up the last one about 2 weeks ago and its completely BLANK , my paperwork from them says data is backed up on external file blah blah..anyway been calling leaving messages on their number 805-646-1617 NO RETURN EVER..so today had some time before they closed to pop in...everytime I come in I get blah blah ramble ramble and then looks at his phone like really youve called?? hmmmm ANYWAY they have ran that place with someone that didnt know computers (the guy told me that today) and he is gone and now he is cleaning up messes that was left. They have no CLUE where the harddrive is that they left my info or no of anything at all...Im just WARNING PEOPLE that if you want your computer worked on DO NOT TAKE THERE...I have a blank computer and others that are not up to par still after being there...And all they can say is blah blah blah...
