WAS JESUS CALLED THE SON OF GOD? Of course!!!!!! Jesus was called the SON of GOD, and son of man too - (John3:16; Galatians 4:4; Luke 23:34). He was both. HOW come? As a human being through Mary, He was called the son of man. BUT as a divine being, He was called the Son of God. He was God and man at the same time for 33 years on earth. While Jesus was human through the incarnation process, He never ceased from being GOD. Being GOD, He was also called - Jehovah, Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace....Emmanuel, The Shepherd, Servant, KING of Kings, KING of Israel, Alpha, Omega, The Beginning and the End, the Peace Maker, the Holy ONE of Israel, I AM THAT I AM, The Resurrection and the Life, The Bread of Life, The Water of Life, The Rock, etc, - (Read the Old Testament and New Testament). Jesus never was literally born from a Father. He was a FATHER in the sense that He was born through Mary to identify HIM as a separate being from the GOD in heaven while He was on earth for 33 years. Anyone who is equal to GOD is also a FATHER figure. Anyone who is GOD is a Shepherd figure. Anyone who is GOD is also a Comforter. Anyone who is GOD, there is nothing impossible for Him. There is nothing impossible for the Father. There is nothing impossible for Jesus . And there is nothing impossible for the Holy Spirit - (John 3:1-5; Philippians 4:14; Matthew 19:26; Luke 1:37).
