All equipment, tripods, grips, etc. will be provided. We need you for your skills and passion to deliver. If you want to know how your pay will be determined, here it is: -We create a video project that ties to a product. You sign a contract with us for 1-5 years in which you will earn a fixed percent per sale that we create. In other words, you help us get one project done- you get paid for your entire contract term for working that one time. This will look insanely good on a resume if you plan to make it big or are aiming for a future with New York City, Hollywood, etc. Imagine putting in your future resume that you were a camera & lighting assistant for a global company that exploded and are STILL getting paid for your effort years later. This type of experience and proof outweigh a college degree with no experience. There is a rigorous interview process with serious questions. We arent hanging out and drinking beers. With a contract to pay you for 1-5 years, we expect you to put in the effort that deserves that reward, and understand that you will go above and beyond cinematics. We do have a time a place to joke around or celebrate, but that time & place is after we complete what needs to be done.
