WE ARE IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF THE 8 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION - LETS GET GOAL FOCUSED It’s hard to believe that just two short weeks remain in this F45 Body Transformation journey Whether you have managed to maintain the initial momentum you had in the early stages of the challenge, or you may be planning one final push to achieve the short-term goals you set yourself for this 8 week period. It is time to give some thought to your long-term goals that are far bigger than this Challenge Over the last 6 weeks you have all made various changes to the way you move, nourish and treat your body. Never underestimate the significance of small, sustainable modifications to behaviour Over the next 2 weeks: - Think about the changes you have made and the positive way they have impacted you, your health, and the way you feel every day - Think about what you are going to do to make sure these new habits endure the onslaught of obstacles that life has a habit of throwing at us - Use these positive thoughts to help motivate you to continue with these behaviours well beyond the end date of this challenge Completion of this challenge is not the end of your health kick, merely the kick-start you needed to lead a healthy, active life.
