WE NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES Responsibilities Job Description of Customer Service Representative I. The person who will be hired will attend to all inbound inquiries from existing customers as well as seek potential customers. He/She should have the ability to give customer satisfaction on sales and non-sales related matters, whether inbound or outbound which meets customer requirements and the values of the company. Provides excellent service through phones, email, live chat, or any other means of communication; working strictly company protocol and guideline. Gives excellent customer service experience while answering and resolving customer inquiries through all service delivery channels. Educates the customer about company’s products and services and directs them toward available resources for self-help. II. Informs management of issues or concerns that need escalation for complete resolution or which may require the identification of a bigger problem. Requirements We need someone who: Is proficient in both oral and written English Has active listening skills Has excellent time management skills. Is an excellent team player Demonstrates customer service and problem solving skills. Is challenged with working in a fast-paced high volume environment. Is a self-starter and enthusiastic. Is consistently punctual and efficient, with the ability to prioritize. Is friendly and well manner Possess a good voice and knows how making a good telephone presentation. Displays flexibility towards shifting schedules in Makati City. Had at least six months of customer service experience.
