We are students studying Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle. We are currently working on a project with Lori Hopley at Feast for Health and we need YOUR HELP! The goal of this survey is to find out the best type of program or service that Feast for Health can offer in order to help people lose weight. Anyone can complete this survey. However if you want to lose weight or if you’ve tried to lose weight in the past, we especially need you! This survey will only take approximately 5 minutes of your time to complete, and all responses will be anonymous.
