WE are all sick. We work in health care. None of us can function. But no one healthy will cover. The few healthy ones left that would cover are burnt out. The rest of us have worked ourselves sick. So that leaves a few people with the ability to help their fellow coworkers but no.. left out in the void of sickness we are. Can i work a double no not really i havent been out of bed in two days. Will i work a double? If a cover cant be found. I just find it ludacris that there are people who think its OK to do this to people! Im not talking about our managers. Im talking about the few healthy had their days off completely capible able body people that just dont want to work. And thats their right... However dont expect kindness in return from us. We the sick and burnt out are sick and burnt out of this shit. End rant. Just saying. Dont be an ass hole.
