WE could stop a lot of confusion and mistrust, if all officers involved in a shooting, would speak about what happened as earliest as possible at a press conference, AND NOT A POLICE SPOKESPERSON. On July 26, (Friday) an unarmed man was shot to death by a police detective, Charles Kleinert, during a scuffle, either trying to affect an arrest or failure to identify, or producing a false identity said a police spokesman, 5 days after the incident. The spokesperson stated they are still trying to figure out whether the gun was intentionally discharged or unintentionally. Answer: Ask the police officer what happened!
