#WEATHER: At 4:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 410 km West of Subic, Zambales (15.0°N,116.0°E). Southwest monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas. Forecast: Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, Caraga and the provinces of Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to southeast will prevail over Central and Southern Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and coming from the southwest over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
