WEDNESDAY 10/23 FINAL TOURNAMENT MEETING!!! Attached are the facilities maps that we will be using to set up the school on Friday. Please review the maps and the equipment lists for anything that you need facilities to provide, or anything that is on the list that you do not need. We do not seem to have all the extension cords and power strips that we normally get from Grad Night. If your booth requires power, it might be a good idea to bring your own power cord and power strip. Just be sure to mark your items clearly. The new shed inventory is attached. You can see that we dont have enough tables and chairs for everyone. Some of these we can get from the custodian, but if you just need a little card table, or a relaxing lawn chair, you might want to bring one from home. In addition, it is always a great idea to bring a cooler and some water to keep at your station for yourself and your volunteers. There are three ice machines on campus, so you dont need to purchase ice. The only people who will be allowed to park on campus the day of the tournament are those that are planning on staying the entire day until closing. If you have large items to drop off, please stage them on Friday evening, or early Saturday morning (5:30am). If you have a pop-up that you can use for your site, please bring it by on Friday night. Some of our band canopies have seen better days. We cant thank you all enough for the time and effort you have put into this program. It truly is a group effort and I know this year is going to be a tournament to remember!
