WEEKLY NEWS Open Week, which ran from Monday July 1st to Sunday July 7th, was well supported and with the course in great condition and the weather favourable there was some good scoring. Once again our sponsors were loyal in spite of the tough times they are experiencing and for that our members are very grateful. Saturday is a busy day in the club as the Crumlin Rumble, sponsored by Fleming’s Supervalu, takes place and members are urged to support this worthwhile and enjoyable competition and book a place on the timesheet. The next major event in the club calendar is the Lady Captain’s Prize. The first day is on Tuesday 16th July with the final day and presentation on Saturday 20th. The competiton for the Lady Captain’s prize to the seniors takes place on this Thursday.
