Meanwhile, for the June 18 Port Charlotte gala, guests will be greeted beginning at 4 p.m. At 4:30, the Port Charlotte Chamber of Commerce will officiate at the traditional yellow ribbon-cutting, using their big scissors to welcome the business to the community.
