WELCOME TO MY NEW PAGE! As part of my ever evolving journey, I have found a way to share my love and passion for cooking with others. I have been lucky to work in a great kitchen store for the past few years and hope to continue there for a long time. In addition to my in-store classes through WS, I am going to be doing in-home classes independently as a new business called The Balaboosta. Thanks to a friend, I was recently introduced to this yiddish term which is defined as the perfect housewife, homemaker, wonderful mother, cook, and gracious hostess. Yes, the perfect part is a little much but other than that I love the word. While I have yet to meet anyone who is perfect at anything and I certainly am far from it, I do strive to do my best in those areas. I have always found it ironic that I am part of a generation of women who are supposed to want to rule the corporate world, I am happiest when I get spend the day creating in my kitchen and taking care of my family. Back to The Balaboosta, this is a place to share my favorite recipes with all of you would are looking for yummy and easy dishes for you and your family. I also will post information on cooking classes available. I am very excited about being able to bring my passion for cooking to you and your kitchens!
