So after it was revealed that South African President Jacob Zuma had spent 236m rand or $23 million USD of taxpayers money on renovations to his house (pictured) a few months ago, now Zuma is saying that one of the main reasons he is justified in using the funds is because his wife was raped by burglars about 10 years ago and he need the added security. But many of the improvements had nothing to do with security. Face2Face Africa reports: Zuma added an amphitheater, helipad, a medical clinic, staff houses, playing fields, a tuck shop, and a visitors center, among other big-ticket items, at his home in the impoverished KwaZulu-Natal province. Do you think Zuma should be allowed to use the funds as he pleases as head of state, according to his line of thinking?
