WFnow Community Day Expo NWFRegForm.pdf 0.6 MB We are proud to announce the first annual "NWFnow Community Expo Day" which will be held at the Emerald Coast Convention Center on 11 Jan. 2014. Print the form then fill it out & send it in with payment or give us at 376-4447 call and we will drop by and pick it up, or you are welcome to stop by our Racetrack Road office and introduce yourself. There is also a "Expo Specials" sheet available to everyone who has booked a booth. There are spaces for 100 companies. The admission to the public is free. There will be door prizes, games, a stage for entertainment & more! There is also two large rooms (400+ square feet). Cost is $200 per hour. Each room has 8 available time slots. (1) Seminar Room: which will be set up with a podium and speaker system, bring your laptop for anything you want to show. (2) Demonstration Room: This will be set up for group activities. Everything is on a first come first serve basis. Booths start out at $150 + Tax ($159.00). If you want to have a booth, you must be listed on NWFnow...which is a free service.
