WHAT DID IT TAKE? What did our American Militia Freedom Forces have to go through to create and fashion our U.S. Federal Government SO THAT WE COULD LIMIT our elected and wannabe elected Republican and Democrat public SERVANTS to ONLY the eighteen powers and spending we granted them so that all other powers and spending would be RESERVED TO THE STATES, RESPECTIVELY, OR THE PEOPLE (Tenth Amendment) You see folks, our Founding Fathers, the Framers of The Constitution, and the very men and boys who FOUGHT against our own World superpower Colonial Government KNEW that our new form of Federal Government had to be LIMITED to spending limits or they would have something like the IRS, or some other name Tax Collector to steal our wages, our salaries and even our property. As well as steal our INDIVIDUAL and States Rights, State and popular Sovereignty, and in the process eviscerate our local hometown and city economies and destroy individual and powerful American Middle Class. Well my fellow American brethren, our elected Republican and Democrat enemy USURPERS have SPIT on our Tenth Amendment, which SUPPORTS and DEFENDS our ENTIRE Bill of Rights, The Declaration of Independence (the first law in U.S. Code) and the whole Constitution and by so doing have acquired to themselves near UNLIMITED power and spending so that they can BUY all of the elections they want to with OUR IRS stolen wages, salaries, and property, eviscerating the American Middle Class and our economy by sucking all of the financial air out of it. Only our State of Wisconsin (your State can use our bill too) Joint Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision can restore these limits upon our elected enemies of The Constitution, by the execution of incremental State nullification of ALL UNLAWFUL Acts and spending of Congress that exceeds the eighteen powers and spending granted them. Its vital companion legislation prepares all State and Local Law Enforcement personnel, all WI National Guard units, and all County Sheriff facilitated Constitutional Militia with Constitutional courses and the knowledge they need to arrest, jail, prosecute and sentence all Federal agents and agencies who are operating and/or spending money above the eighteen limits We The People ordained and established UPON THEM to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. (Preamble of The Constitution) In a delayed but deliberate manner our State of Wisconsin shall incrementally State nullify, in conjunction, all withholding taxes, all employment taxes, all matching employer taxes and all Income Taxes and ensure that these are restored to the weekly paychecks of the people in obedience to the findings and rulings of The Supreme Court of The United States. This will effectively nearly double the size of our American Middle Class paychecks and restore all usurped power back to the States and the people from whence it came. And, our local hometown and city economies will bloom and flourish in the ether of FREEDOM, as intended by the RULE OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS, not men.
