WHAT NOW??? Probably stay where you are, but maybe not. I dont think anyone, with the exception of Mike Rush, has the MBR ( aka CKD) completely mastered. It took me about 8 times overall to really get it down pat. As written it is a VERY challenging program and is for an experienced trainer to push their limits and get stage or fight ready. 1. If you are planning to compete in bodybuilding or physique or want to really put on some mass AND you have mastered the 14 Day MBR then you will be following me into a 4 Day High Intensity Growth Phase. 2. If you are planning to compete in Figure, Fitness, Bikini and/or you have done less than 4 complete rotations of MBR then stay on current plan. 3. If you just want to look your absolute best this time next year then stay on the 14 Day MBR. Master it, really master it. Ask me about varying cardio, substituting exercises, targeting specific areas: all of this can be accomplished with the MBR! The only reason you should be switching to new program is if you need mass, serious mass for next year in competition or whatever. High Intensity Training is no joke. I know that my days of this style of training are limited. This will probably be the last time I train this way because frankly, Im getting too old for it. But if you are young or relatively unscarred then it is a MUST that you learn High Intensity Training as I show you and its many derivations like DoggCrapp and Heavy Duty. If you are not familiar with this style you WILL need a trainer or partner who is familiar with it. It takes real skill and dedication to get what needs to be accomplished in just ONE WORKING SET! Stay tuned.
