Go to the heart of the issue In Palestine, the Zionist settler-colonial movement carried out the war in 1948 mainly in order to expel and ethnically cleanse the bulk of the native population of Palestine in order to create a Jewish state. 3. Place a cost on occupation and discrimination Example: Time for the ICC to act on Palestine A clear and urgent need for judicial intervention is needed for Palestinians who continue to be marginalised. Educate around one-state The historic land of Palestine belongs to all who live in it and to those who were expelled or exiled from it since 1948 and their descendents, regardless of religion, ethnicity, national origin or current citizenship status.
