WHO ARE ATTACKING US AMERICAN INNOCENTS? Who are Oppressing us? Why are We The American People letting this go on and on and on? We see everyday how the Courts protect the Cops who do these things to us, Whites, Blacks, it matters not, on a daily basis. We see EVERY SINGLE day where our State Courts DO NOT ALLOW Constitutional law or Supreme Court cites in court. I WAS personally in Municipal Court on Constitution Day September 17th to fight for our RIGHT to Transport, a God given Right according to several Federal Court cites. I read those cites in court and the city Attorney told me that Constitutional laws DO NOT APPLY in Municipal, County or State Courts and that the Judges do not have to obey them. And, that we do NOT have equal justice under the law which I also read in court. I also read the Supremacy clause IN COURT and the city Attorney said that it doesnt apply to Municipal Court: Article VI - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths Clause 2; This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. Clause 3; The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States. youtu.be/uGRU5NgOCRM - Capt.
