WHO REALLY HELPS ME???? - Attention to Jennifer Gizyn, unreliable person... 6. 7. 2014 - My story about Sunny. First I saw Sunny on Facebook in the post from Jennifer Gizyn (Sunny was born in Jennifer´s cattery). She complained that Eva Wobst (Sunny´s new breeder) brokes the contract because she doesn´t put prefix (name of Jennifer´s cattery) in front of Sunshine´s name. In this post there was written that Sunny is for sale (as a PET). I wrote Jennifer that Sunny is so beautiful stud and it´s a pity he´s for sale only as PET and that I´d be interested to have him in my breed. Jennifer agreed and according to her recommendation I asked Eva Eva-Masria Wobst. With Eva I made an agreement very fast and second day I came to pick Sunny. I didn´t understandt, why she gives up on such a beautiful cat. However, today I fully understandt, don´t you want to have something in common with Jennifer Gizyn. I wanted to sign Sunny to TICA organization, I got a Felidae pedigree from Eva, which she is a member of. I sent everything as usual to TICA. How my surprise could be bigger, when TICA answered that Sunny is registered to Jennifer!!! And that I must ask her. And now real troubles start…… At first Jennifer promised me to send registration card. Unfortunately (in my naivety, for her to see that a cat is doing very well) I sent her Sunny´s photos. Suddenly she „remembered“ that Eva and her had agreed on stud service for free with Sunny. And that I have to provide him to her too. My reaction was that I have a contract with Eva and she doesn´t allow me to provide stud service to someone else. And that means I can´t decide myself, if I have a right to provide her Sunny. Honestly, I didn´t like the idea that I should provide stud service to cat I don´t know anything about, to person I didn´t promise anything, I don´t have anything in common. But I answered Jennifer, that if she agrees on it with Eva, I permit it. Than Jennifer started to impede sending Sunny´s registration TICA card, saying that I should ask Eva about that and other nonsenses. She didn´t forget to write bad things about Eva in every message, but I wasn´t responding to it. I told her before I don´t care about what problems they both have and I don´t want to stand between them. This lasted about a week. A started being nervous that I won´t get a registration card from her. So I threatened her of publishing all situation on Facebook. So after few days she finally sent me registration card, by email, in FB message and by post too. And again she wrote many messages with nonsenses, threats, gossips about Eva. I wasn´t responding anymore, I have over 50 messages unread from her. She even called me but I was pretending I don´t understandt, I didn´t want to deal anyhing with her anymore. It was enough for me. So I blocked her on Facebook. And Eva did too. I hoped it´s over. Unfortunately, Jennifer is so mean, that she writes another and another lies and gossips on Facebook. And as a top of meaness she blocked Sunny at TICA. TICA refuses to register him into my name. Everything is in proceeding. It is grueling, but I won´t give up. I have all documentation that Sunny is only in my property, self-signed registration TICA card from Jennifer, conversation with her writing she agrees with Sunny´s sale…. And just like Eva I don´t want to put a name of original cattery in front of Sunny´s name. I´m not propagate so mean and bad person as Jennifer! 10.7.2014 Unfortunately TICA refuses to help me. They make me deal with Jennifer which is according to law doesn´t have claim for Sunny. Summary 16.6.2013 – Jennifer sold Sunshine to Eva Wobst for breed for 2 500 Euro. 24.2.2014 – A Felidae pedigree was created For Sunshine. 12.3.2014 – Jennifer registered Sunshine at TICA on her name. 1.6.2014 – Eva Wobst sold Sunshine to me for breed (with Jennifer´s agreement) STATEMENT FROM JENNIFER for regional director of TICA: Von: jennifer gizyn Datum: Donnerstag, 10. I by Myselfe sended her pictures of parents of kittentime she Used on her webside, but did Not use full Name of the cat, INCLUDES Prefix!!!! As she does also with all other cats she has! Tica US definetely promised Not to change anything of Registration unless both Parties r have an agreement! Actually while you Wrote me was preparing Another mail for Alena! 1. first I want she deleted all Bad messages about me in the public and puts in the right light that it was Not true, she can call it missunderstanding! 2. I want to have the right of buing Sunny back in first Position After she is done with him, right of first Refusal! 3. I want she Uses Full name with prefix!!! 4. I had 2 matings free with Jaded Genetics Subshine, that is a sum of a female Kitten of him or her Asian Leopard Cat! Before I have that things confirmed written, I do Not want any Transfer of the cat!!! That are all things of oral agreement, and Common pratices! I send her all, I did Not wanted any problem, but I want that the things r kept, and Not want to be blackmailed and Reputation ruined, by two breeder Not keeping word ans oral agreement! I am very clear with Tica USA about that! Thank you very much! You can transfer him as soon I have Selling Contract inbetween vom Weinberg and Ossirianbengals and my agreeements confirmed, and Common pratices kept as Prefix of the cat!
