WHOA! We have great news to share with all of our FB friends: First, Did you know that we offer our high-achieving 7th and 8th grade students the opportunity to complete their freshman year of Biology/Living Environment & Algebra I before they even graduate from 8th grade? Now we are thrilled to share with all of you that, at the end of this 8th grade year, ALL of these advanced track students passed the NYS Regents exams in Algebra I and Biology/Living Environment! They will each receive credit for these classes as incoming freshmen at their future high schools and will be able to take sophomore level coursework as freshmen, thus allowing them to pursue more electives as they advance through high school. Congratulations to all of them on their outstanding effort. Wed also like to congratulate our terrific Middle School Teachers: Mrs. Rebecca Morgan (science) and, Miss Caitlyn Griener (math) who make this accelerated program possible!
