WHY ARE OUR LEADERS,AFRAID TO SIGN DEATH PENALTY AGAINST CORRUPT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS?Any Nigeria leader,wholl come out to say he is fighting corruption.Without a stiff penalty to discourage it,is a big liar.Only a stiff law,like death penalty can stop it.Lets take a cue frm China.It is the worlds second largest economy,bcos its resources is spent judiciously 4 d betterment of their country.And not stolen like us.
