WHY DID IT TAKE 8 DEATHS FOR DCF TO TAKE ACTION?! DCF WAS CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES ON THIS CASE! Somebody tell me why we have a Department of Children and Families if TIME AND TIME AGAIN THEY PROVE THAT THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS! THIS IS SICKENING AND MY HEART IS HURT. THESE KIDS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THE HOME MONTHS BEFORE THIS! HOW MANY CALLS DO THEY NEED TO GET BEFORE THEY TAKE ACTION ON HOME CASES!? CASES SIMILAR TO THIS (MAYBE NOT AS SEVERE, BUT SEVERE ENOUGH FOR ACTION) HAPPEN ALL THE TIME! I hope this story spreads, and DCF starts taking a more active approach to our YOUTH! Dont let these kids become products of their environment! Sometimes living with the parents IS NOT in the best interest of a kid!! God bless the souls of these 6 beautiful babies. DCF, you have failed, again. ALL TOO OFTEN, I hear stories of DCF doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about domestic abuse! WHAT MORE IS IT GOING TO TAKE?! Im sharing this story in the hope that something is done with our Department of Children and Families, so that something like this NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!!!! WHEN YOUVE HAD MORE THAN ONE REPORT OF ABUSE, TAKE ACTION! HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT A CHILD IS UNSAFE BEFORE YOU FINALLY DO YOUR JOB?!?!?!?!
