WHY OUR SOCIETY SEEM TO BE IN MANAGERIAL CRISIS OR - TopicsExpress

WHY OUR SOCIETY SEEM TO BE IN MANAGERIAL CRISIS OR TURBULENCE??? We must collectively agree that no man can be everything; every man is talented in a certain field, hitherto, we have failed to notice this. This has obliterated all the managerial skills in almost every institution of our society. It is in our society that if one prospers in farming, the next move is to go to the parliament; remember you’re a talented farmer not a politician!, someone studies to be a teacher for the sake of earning do you anticipate him to teach as per standards?, Mr. X joined army for the sake of earning, how do you expect him to be a good commander?, a certain man start the church for the sake of a reason well known to him; what do you think prevails in his church? One is appointed for his father is so, yet this boy or girl would not even manage a small poultry farm! We have totally failed to specialize in the fields where we are talented. In this case I will cite one instance of Andrew Andrew M. Mwenda he’s so wise but because he has failed to specialize in a field where he’s so talented he’s now rebuked by even those who would not have! If Mwenda remained a journalist I believe that he would be a world celebrity now. Let us learn how to specialize, teacher, teach, let the pastor preach, business people do your best let politicians create for you a conducive climate where you can do your business ect… I must say that if Usain Bolt can’t be as good as C.Ronaldo in foot ball & the reverse is true for Ronaldo in athletics. There is too much gambling in the society that inflicts trepidation in me. Ask yourself this question, why Bill Gates had never stood for presidency? The answer to this question will give the true essence & why you need to specialize! However, specialization does not mean that you don’t acquire some support knowledge in other fields. I am too sanguine that if we can identify fields where we are too perfect we can achieve the lost managerial skills that have vanished. We individually need a clear dogma set clearly if we are to perfectly manage our institutions. Not the current trends of some men changing their principles for the sake of what they need today. We need a succor! Society must have institutions that are well managed otherwise the gravity of peril may be too much for you & I to handle.
