*WHY PAY FOR WRAPS WHEN YOU CAN MAKE THEM** **SHARE ON YOUR TIMELINE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE** Anti-Cellulite Body Wrap Recipe 2 cups water ¼ cup sea salt 1 cup French green clay (find at Health food stores) 2TBSP coconut or olive oil ½ cup kelp powder (health food store) ½ cup chamomile powder or loose tea leaves Bandages (enough to cover arms, legs and torso) or plastic wrap and thermal underwear (You can find bandages cheap at the Pound Shop) 1. In a medium pot, heat water and salt, stir to dissolve salt then remove from heat. Mix in remaining ingredients to make a wet paste. 2. Take paste and all supplies to the bathroom. Put bandages or underwear in a large pot of hot water to soak. 3. Take a hot shower to open pores and make your skin more receptive to the ingredients. Dry off lightly. 4. Apply the clay mixture (now warm, not hot) from ankles up to waist and start wrapping with bandages or plastic wrap. If using plastic wrap, slip on thermal underwear over top bto keep the heat in. You can also use plastic wrap under the bandages if you want. Wrap should be snug but not restrict movement! 5. Next, cover you upper body-torso, arms and neck, with clay mixture and wrap. 6. Relax in steamy bathroom for 45-60 minutes. Unwrap and wipe off excess clay mixture. Shower, pat dry and finish with lots of body lotion!! NOTE…If you feel uncomfortable or lightheaded at any time, remove the wrap and take a cool shower. Avoid strenuous exercise 24 hours before and after the wrap. Drink LOTS of water before and after to flush out toxins.
