WOD- Glute Cross-over Leg Lifts. Great for the butt and hamstring! 3-4 Sets for 15-20 Reps on each side. Hold your core tight and try not to move your lower back while in position. At the top of the movement push you heel high toward the ceiling and squeeze you butt.
