WOD 2 (fourth and final released workout) Follow the Leader 120 Barbell Thrusters for Time EACH RX ATHLETE MUST PERFORM: 10 Burpees and 15 Pullups BEFORE moving on to a set of max unbroken Thrusters. The team will continue to move through these movements until 120 Thrusters have been completed. SCALED is a bit different. There is a 50 pullup buy in for the TEAM. Thrusters MUST BE UNBROKEN. The only acceptable rest position is overhead. Any front racking of or dropping of bar will result in the athlete moving to the back of the line for the team.
