WOMEN...MEN...All my friends..Even if you arent my friend...Please watch this and feel free to share the video and what I wrote. Whether youre a bodybuilder, video gamer, supermodel, band geek, overweight, having mental health obstacles, a genius, handicapped, etc... (and Im allowed to say that because I have experienced a lot of those at som point in my life) If you know me at all, you know Dana Linn Bailey (and of course Rob Bailey/Flag Nor Fail) is my biggest inspiration, and I always say she is for many reasons. Aside from her out of this world physique, work ethic, beauty, humor, and kind heart..shes also mastered one of the hardest things to master for most, especially in the female figure/fitness/physique/bodybuilding world...shes CONFIDENT and she LOVES herself. Constantly criticized, critiqued, insulted, knocked down..but what does she do? She picks her ass up, and works that much harder until she reaches her goals. FIRST female physique IFBB pro AND FIRST womens physique Ms. Olympia. Of course she had trials and hardships getting there, breakdowns, doubts..but she pressed on, used it as fire for her passion, and look what happened. I believe a huge reason she was able to do this is because she was confident and believed in herself and her abilities! Being comfortable with yourself at every stage of any process is a huge key to moving forward with the goals and dreams youre trying to accomplish. She also talks about her support system. From experience..I dont think I have enough words to say how important it is..important to have that ROCK SOLID support and at the same time, to work towards eliminating the toxic negativity coming from the things or people that are hurting you or bring you down. I just loved my body, and once you get that feeling...its really powerful. Master your confidence, love the process, refuse to flag nor fail, never settle, hold strong, because you are battle tested. And a HUGE thank you to Rob and Dana.
