WORDS FROM THE FAMOUS ROSCO :- - In winter I think it is a no brainer - The 10 ticket was my preferred option - My target is technique and Taupo - Hey it rains one day a week in AKL and more in winter - Perhaps you need to sell benefits and features - Everyone has a different idea of what spin is and how it helps - No 1 for me is that the programmed ride makes sure you are pedalling right pace right cadence right heart rate to optimise your technique - Its social - Its convenient location - Convenient time to be at work all fired to go - It is an option when weather is poor - It gets twice the bang as a road ride for the time - You get to measure performance and progress - You get to see exactly how other riders deal with conditions - Spin is too hard - There is nowhere to hide so you get the right input and best result (you cant hide down the back and fake your way through - Best training requires we apply best effort at best time best technique, best nutrition, best fitness, best body shape and best place - Improves endurance at peak performance - Establishes sustainable effort for those big events - Come on Jianni - you can think of some more :)
