WOW! That grand jury was an insult to justice as was the DA AND the governor for not replacing him on this case. Lets get into the weirdness shall we? 1. Against protocol Wilson leaves the scene in a vehicle ALONE and with the murder weapon. As a point of law that gun and any injury to Wilson (which was a powder burn, contusions dont blister) is inadmissible. 2. The prosecution never presented a case, as is normal grand jury procedure. 3. The accused was allowed to testify uninhibited, where normally he would never be allowed to testify in a grand jury 4. Tainted evidence was allowed in Grand jury 5. Exculpatory evidence was allowed in Grand jury 6. The Grand jury was wrongly informed that it is legal to shoot a fleeing suspect, both untrue and a defense statement, not prosecutorial. 7. Over half the witnesses state Brown had his hands up or to the sides. Only one said he charged, and we are told to believe that one witness, who had changed his story. 8. Wilson never mentioned that it was a robbery stop to anyone until after the police leaked out information that there may have been a robbery. THEN Wilsons testimony changed to fit the available, if shoddy, evidence. 9. Wilson called witnesses to the Grand jury beforehand in an attempt to discuss the case. Okay. Now, one step at a time. Just answer me this : If this wasnt a racist sham of a grand jury, then why did not the DA recuse himself, despite calls for him to appoint an independent counsel, despite having close ties to the force, despite having many cops in his family, and despite his father dying in the line of duty to a black criminal? If you can give me a good reason as to why he did not recuse himself, unless his desire was to get this cop off? A repost from a comment I thought was worth sharing
