WOw, I had an unscheduled shot of steroid and anti-inflammation in my posterior yesterday at a place locally, although my low back is much better - it seems somehow about a month ago i pulled or tore a muscle in my back on my rt side - i guess it is like my Latissimus dorsi or like a back-strap.. The injection helped tremendously.. however they give me insomnia so I was up until 2am until I brought out the heavy artillery and conched out to catch a few Zees. But Im tired today.. I will need to call the pain mgmt small G gods in Winter Park for assistance.. i have tried it all to relieve it. but i think it may be a side effect of my sleep supp or something else.. few more days and I have a week off the TREATMENT..LOL KInda like Gene Wilder in a way.. will see then if i can make heads or tails outta this mess and throw additional ballast stones overboard and and hopefully have Eighty feet in the waterline - nicely making way... youtu.be/0cBsnopTVmo
