WTF..... :-( :-( Seriously want to pack up my family and suitcase and elope to another country!!! As a white person, even worse white employer... you are damned if you do and damned if you dont. Employ a white person and you are discriminating and it is not in good interests of BEE, employ a black to do the same job and 1) the rest the the employees wont take instruction from them and 2) you are favouring them and being unfair??? So how do you win?? An employee works hard, is obscessed about doing the best for his children, so much so that for the past 3 years has been putting money away into a education savings plan, comes to you for help to assist him get his children into a good school and loan money to buy books and uniform, which he pays back every month and now all hell has broken loose with another employee because I give his children a lift to school. He still has to pay a taxi to get them back. SO HOW DO YOU DO THE RIGHT THING??? SO I MUST JUST IGNORE PEOPLE WHO STRIVE TO BETTER THEMSELVES, MAKE HUGE SACRIFICES TO GIVE THEIR CHILDREN A GOOD EDUCATION??? JUST BECAUSE OTHERS ARE JEALOUS??? SO SO OVER IT ALL !!!!!!!!!! The crippling attitude of so many South Africans... they deserve it all, on a big plate. Dont see that others want it, BUT WORK HARD TO GET IT!!! Oh, and the same jealous employees always somehow conveniently forget about their loans and things you have done for them!!! MAKES ME SICK.
