Wagner-Smith is on the Oct. 7 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting twice, the second time as a commercial site plan. The plan is for a 58,400 square-foot office and warehouse distribution facility on 20.40 acres of land in HighPoint Business Park of Burleson (Case 14-071). Wagner Smith Equipment Company intends to locate on a 20-acre site to serve as a corporate office and manufacturing center. Construction is planned to begin later in 2014. Shipping and receiving activities will also occur at this location along with their training facilities. Wagner Smith proposes to relocate their business from their existing facility at 921 S.
