Wala jud tawon ko kabotar karong adlawa ky naabot ko sa voting precinct minutes pass 3pm. I went to the area b4 8 am and 1 guy serving for the election told me that election ballot maybe available by 9-10 am ,by then the voting will start,so i decided to proceed sa ako 7-3 shift hospital duty. (3:25 pm)-off duty- l went back to the precinct to finally vote but these guys told me nga period of voting is over( only until 3 pm). .I noticed that other precincts are still open and entertaining voters so mi attempT ko ug explain.,but giablihan ko ug libro ( ruleS and guidelines sa elections)tsk3x..hehehe...sorry sir kay dle ko kabalo mobasa..lols .. l respect your decision to follow what are w/in that f****** book pro .youre action definitely showed youre stuck in the 2nd level of conventional stage (law and order morality). Exemptions may be observed in some cases,may it be in simple and complex situations. As professionals in charge in the election, there are DOs to follow ,but I may be overacting pro I find it ARROGANT when you handed me the book instead of explaining it in a modest manner.I hate arguments especially I admit it was partly my mistake but I JUST cant leave my patient bleeding to death because the rule says NO OPD PATIENT DURING HOLIDAYS/ELECTION and prioritize voting.Total wala paman pod nahuman ang uban presinct,If strict rules needs to be followed,how come same rule are implemented differently? #pakiexplain #SOURGRAPING
