Wanna work your buns?? Find some stairs! A good set of stairs....find a stadium! Your buns wont be the only thing on fire from a stadium workout like this one. Nathan and I took advantage of the nicer Michigan fall weather the other weekend and hit the local football stadium. Any variation of sprinting up the stairs combined with core work is going to provide a very effective workout! The sequence we went with: (We sprinted up the stairs, jogged it down, followed by the core exercise for 45 seconds....you could change to 30 seconds depending on how many times rounds youre planning to do) ✔️Straight sprint up V-crunches ✔️Every other step sprint Straight leg lifts ✔️Both feet hops - every step Oblique twists ✔️Both feet hops - every two steps Mountain Climbers ✔️Both feet hop 2 steps up (hopping on both steps), 1 step back (repeat to the top) Declined or inclined plank hold ✔️Both feet hop 2 steps at a time, 1 step back (repeat to top!) ➰Do it one, two, or three times through!
