Want something for supper/dinner but not the pasta, well, I came up with a recipe called No pasta hot dish INGREDIENTS: Hamburger, corn, onions, diced tomatoes and fresh garlic. Directions: Brown the hamburger. While thats cooking, drain the corn, put that aside. chop up an onion…1/2 or whole, depending on how you love onions. After the meat is completely done, add the corn, onions, garlic and the diced tomatoes with 1/2 of the juice. Mix altogether. Add salt and pepper to taste. ***TIP*** Dont serve it right away so it can rest. If you dont know what rest means; it means to let everything come together.
