Want to speak up about companies like this robbing you, add comments to my post on the SECURE PARKING. to have them publicly apologise and reimburse you if this has happened. Please read. __________________________________________________________________ SECURE PARKING, I am disgusted with my most recent experience last night at your parking lot, 60 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. I have been robbed....by you!!! Upon arrival last night at 11:06pm 27/12/2014, I thoroughly checked your parking rates on all signs provided (on entry) prior to entering your SECURE parking lot. Although skyrocket prices, I agreed to enter with the following night rate Weekend Night Rate: $30 (Entry before Midnight - Exit before 6am). Here is where I have learnt I have been robbed, on return 1:36am 28/12/2014 I placed my ticket into your ticket machine and nearly fainted when it has requested a rate of $45. I was very shocked, thinking that I must have misread your signs, and if I had, I would have been happy to accept this at fault and pay this difference. But my eyes were not playing tricks on me, even your rates and fees displayed adjacent to the ticket machine illustrated consistently that if you enter prior to 12am and depart prior to 6am, your rate will be $30. Now here is what begins to grind my gears, your Intercom Staff (I think his name was Jeremy Freedman), appear to have been trained to respond in a robotic way with no actual assistance at all. No emotion, no willingness, no rapport, no simple care that I did not have more than $30 on me to pay for this daylight robbery. Although sounding like a broken record and speaking over me, I managed to pick up from his prepubescent voice his instructions to read the T&Cs prior to entry on the internet and pay the rate unless I can collect my car. HOW IS ANYONE EXPECTED to sit at the boomgate prior to entering, to go onto your internet website and read through your T&Cs when there is absolutely no reception in your parking lot, with traffic banking up behind you, on a steep incline similar to Mount Everest, and not everyone owns a SmartPhone. Not to mention, who would consider so when you display your T&Cs right next to your ticket machine along with your rates and fees. You have advertised, misled and robbed me, along with however many other customers that have not yet spoken up. I have photographic evidence of all of your signs & T&Cs provided prior to entry, on entry and at payment. I am outraged, and I demand a written apology, along with a full reimbursement for the entire stay I had last night. You may private message me to obtain my banking details and my address of which you can send a signed and written apology, alternatively I will be seeking further legal action! Note: My car was keyed in your parking lot last night, not so SECURE is it?
