Warning...dramatic status alert lol well as ye know if you keep an eye on my status I write up alot about anxiety and iv had a good few people message me about it...which means a lot to me and im sure to them too that there not alone..its a shame that anxiety or mental illness in general is still a taboo subject and one that is very hush hush..even though its just as debilitating as a broken leg! Im a strong independent girl but its something that takes over me and i go into tunnel vision! For years iv suffered in silence with it even though it ruled every aspect of my life..I was told I was lazy but couldnt explain that even the smallest things took so much effort. ..i got sick every morning and lost alot of weight because of it....well im happy to say that iv finally found help and am not fighting this alone anymore :) people might view this post with rolled eyes or think im being attention seeking but this is mostly for me...to reinforce that this does not own me anymore..I was told I had lost alot of my childish fun for a few years but now I have that back..i was let down by people who didnt have it in them to support someone who really needed it but now I do and finally feel like myself again :) my ambition is back and my passion for my work is in over drive! Feels like iv woken up ! (Wow dramatic much?) My parents have just been so amazing dealing with me when i get into a state and i love them so much...and my best friend Zoe Alford who I probably pissed off alot because of it but who always supported me through it and is the most beautiful person I have ever met and of course Shane Barry who when id come home feeling exhausted from it would talk to me about absolute shite and make me cry laugh about guys willys or something. .but which can be jyst as helpful lol haha hope that someone who is suffering sees this and knows their not alone and that you can come through the other side...feel free to message me for questions or even to talk.. #definingmomentinmylife :) xx
