Warrior Update - Volcanic Warrior was surrendered to us in January 2013 with a double fracture pelvis which he sustained while racing at Eagle Farm.. He was owned by a syndicate and when they were all told he wouldnt race again they just couldnt bear the thought of him put to sleep. The manager who just adored Warrior called me in tears and we agreed to take him. He has been spelling and resting for 19 months now and is 100% paddock sound hooning around with his 3 paddock mates without a care in the world. This week we are sending Warrior to David Lovell at Redlands Hospital to have him assessed to make sure he is 100% healed and sound enough to be assessed as a riding horse :-) He is a little pocket rocket this little horse and I do believe he will make someone an amazing pleasure riding horse :-) Wish us luck guys! xxx Amanda ** First photo is of warriors pelvis on arrival, second photo was taken a few months ago**
