Was in a romantic mood so wrote this wee poem enjoy :) A gaze full of stars. I fell from the stars once, You caught me with your smile, I escaped the darkness, It only lasted but a while, With each breathe I hold in contemplation, As I try to improve my concentration, You lifted me up from the abyss, Your favourable smile I do miss, Fingers interwoven, Loving devotion, Eyes of emerald green, A beauty rarely seen, Forever understanding, Never to demanding, Eternal kinship, A life time relationship, You breath upon the glass, Drawing hearts as I pass, Though love washer down the drain, Knew life comes with the rain, Holding a kiss within a napkin, Your turn for the bottle to spin, The canvas waits in anticipation, For the brush stroke creates heaven, As sand slips through the hour glass, Take your chances, Dont let them pass, Grab onto positive circumstances, A little piece to give, Remembering to love as you live, Experiencing the beauty, Keeping life groovy. 2013©Eamonn Ryan
