Was interviewing candidates a few days ago ... Such a complex process. 2 / 3 / 4 rounds of interviews later were still unable to decide if we have the right person, and often even select the wrong one ... We need to learn a thing or two from the animal kingdom. When they need to induct a new member into the pride, a sniff here, a sniff there and Okay, youre in!. A snarl otherwise! No multi-level interviews on multiple days etc. No HR round ... We need to evolve such advanced but simple processes / systems and may be even software thatll just select the right guy ...
