Was just told I could not hold a Vote Yes Issue 33 sign at Dell Webb polling site. I was holding my Vote Yes Issue 33 Sign- did it 7 AM til 9 am with a gal named Peggy who was holding a LCC sign. I came back at 12 to hang out another hour. Was told by a worker from Dell Webb that I needed to go out to the stop sign an additional 200 feet from where the flags are clearly marked in the ground. As long as you do not breech that perimeter where the flags are in the ground everything is ok. A Man took my photo- complained. We showed him the Ohio bylaws which showed I was correct. 10 minutes later they came out and said Dell Webb bylaws prohibit ANY signs on their property and I must leave with my sign since standing in the middle of Bender road would be a tad dangerous. So if you plan on holding signs at Dell Webb get a nice spot right at Bender Road at the entrance.
