Was lying in bed last night and became hysterical thinking of the time when we refereed to chickens as ducks in the kitchen (me and my daftness and it was also quicker to say) Working in The Craigmarloch Lodge me and the head chef Charles Doolan sent out an order and the new girl Tricia Macarthur had just started in the pub & we sent Tricia out with 2 Smothered Ducks and Tricia returned the meals and said They didnt ask for duck, they asked for chicken - Well we were all it fits of laughter, happy memories :) :) With Catherine McArthur, Margo Carroll, Carolyn Sharp, Charlotte Stobo, Charlene Williamson
