Was told to switch off my mobile while waiting for my turn at the Australian Consultate and what seems like an easy 30mins wait was like the longest wait possible with everyone without their mobile staring blankly and awkardly into each other not really knowing what to do with themselves except frantically going through the only documents or passport they have in your hand, reading and re-reading it to keep one occupied. Sigh, I was thinking that 30 minutes I could have sent out a couple of emails, checked on my little one on the home cam, updated my Facebook status and probably got another errand done..Are we really so addicted to our device? #mobileaddiction
