Was unsure when we were getting company so I cooked a ham, enough for tonight and 3 other nights I am sure. We heard or it seems it will be Monday when company arrives. However tonight having the ham, baked potatoes, fresh steamed yellow beans, broccoli coleslaw and fruit salad on the side :) So Mondays menu it will be ham, scalloped potatoes, Zucchini with tomatoes and smothered in cheese mmmmmm..... shhh may do a lemon pie also :)
